Sajeimpact has been backing the Sports Think Tank and Upshot in their #FWord conference held at City Hall on the 19th October
The conference was held to create a change in culture in the sport and third sector to embrace learning from failure as well as provide practical tools and help on identifying failure and sharing the learning!
From Saje Impacts Rob Cook Sarah Reed and Andy Reed have been involved in various ways to support this new initiative.
Saje Impact will continue to support the programme as it develops and will help take the conference around the country on a Roadshow to help others benefit from the leanings so far.
