How we work

We would love to hear from you and hear of any potential ways we can work together. That’s how we work - as a partnership…….

Initial Contact.

We love hearing about ideas and plans. We love innovation. We love to help - but we all have bills to pay too. We give away as much as is reasonable! we know investing in each other great things happen.

We will exchange emails and a short call and listen to your ideas and offer a free 30 minutes session to understand any project proposals. After this we will charge £150 per hour for developing a plan together or with follow up emails and call or connecting you the the right people.

We offer discounts for small charities and are very flexible about the way we can help you and what we will charge. If you need just an hour we will do just that. If you need more than a day we will work that out in advance.

For commercial companies / bodies requesting help, advice and support through our experienced consultants we will charge from £150 for a consultation after an initial 10-15 mins of email correspondence or a Zoom call. Our day rates will be around the £1500 per day but with discounts for smaller charities with turnovers under £1m. We can put together a costed proposal for you from any of our team.

Keynote Talks - around £1500 - £2000

Seminar/ Platform appearances - £500-£1000 depending on travel and time required for attending and preparation.

Stakeholder mapping and engagement planning and delivery - £1500 -2000 per day

Engagement with local and central government politicians and officials, directly or through training your teams. £1500-2000 per day

Strategy Board Planning and Sessions - £1500 -2000 per day + travel and accommodation

Lectures / Training / Public Policy - £1500 - 2000 per day.

Half day rates are available for local work.

We can also create opportunities to partner with your sport, physical activity and wellbeing project/ business through the www.sportshtinktank.com

We offer partnership opportunities from £750 advertising to total branding of the site at £15000 (pa), and a whole range in between!
