SajeImpact Director Andy Reed has been drafted in to help the RFU review its governance as part of a new Task Group established this month.

The purpose of the Task Group is to conduct an organisational review of the RFU as an NGB and recommend the best structure to take the game forward over the next decade. Andy Reed has been co-opted as an Independent member of the panel alongside Anne-Marie Phelps CBE

Andy said “Rugby is one of my passions in life and around 10 years ago I was pleased to have helped with the Blackett Inquiry into the RFU’s conduct. We found problems which were addressed - including a review of the overall governance structures. It is now time to look at those changes and create a structure that is agile, reflects society and tackles issues of diversity and inclusion. I love to help where I can and enjoy specifically helping with creating organisations fit for the future. I am looking forward to working with the rest of the task Group over the coming months.
