Over the last few years I have presented to hundreds of civil servants as part of the Cranfield University Project Leadership Programme. I have learned a great deal and hopefully many participants feel they understand the politics that surround their work.
Each session finds another angle to pursue in depth and it will be beneficial to share some of the questions and my thoughts across the cohorts.
It will also be really helpful to share the resources I have found along the way to back up the thinking and research that actually does go into this work. Much of what I say is from 30 years experience but I constantly try to learn from others and the researched evidence from others.
