Innovation Strategy

A fascinating day with @llepnews colleagues over @miratechnologyinstitute talking about our innovation strategy for the LLEP.

The agenda has been driven by Dr Nik Kotecha and I’m delighted to have been asked to be the Vice Chair in an area of policy and practise for business where I am still on a steep learning curve.

Whilst we have some great examples of innovation in our business community we are still not doing well enough compared fo similar areas in the UK and especially globally.

Thanks to Mira for the hospitality and tour of the amazing facilities. I am now so much better informed of the cyber security risks to my car!
