Lockdown 2 has enabled me to set out some new personal targets and one has been to find more time to read and write. So here I am. I know throughout the day have multiple thoughts and inspirations. In fact I have too many and therefore I don’t manage to share these thoughts in a way that I may find useful and perhaps some others may find of use!

In response I am going to change the way I blog - by posing more questions rather than wanting to write perfectly thought through 1000 word blogs!

Even by the end of the first week of #Lockdown2 I have failed to write anything significant so this short introduction is the best I have come up with!

So the Blogs that got into my head but didn’t quite make it here include my new exercise and fitness regime, Complexity in policy making, Systems approach to sport & physical activity policy, defining purpose, what resilience looks like in mental health, understanding ourselves beyond our conscience etc ! As you can see my mind wanders into all sorts of wonderful areas and this is without thinking about politics!

So over the coming weeks there will be short sharp thoughts off the back of things I have observed and we can co-create blogs from your thoughts and reflections. I am pretty clear that I still don’t have many answers to life - still lots of questions!
